Overview
RC318 (R318, octafluorocyclobutane, perfluorocyclobutane, C4F8) is a colorless, odorless, transparent and non-combustible liquefied gas with stable chemical properties. It is mainly used as propellants, refrigerants, and integrated circuit etchants in the food industry., mixed with sulfur hexafluoride as a dielectric and a medium for the polymerization of fluorinated compounds.
