scope of application
It is mainly used for the stripping process of various optical glass lenses. It has a good stripping effect on ink films and various metal coatings; it can also be used for stripping the surfaces of other glass materials such as mobile phone glass.
use method
Soaking method: Heat the product to 60℃, place the lens to be peeled off in the product and soak until the film falls off, and then rinse it with clean water. It should be noted that if the temperature of the working solution is increased appropriately, the stripping effect may be stronger. The stripping time of different coating layers varies from 1 to 30 minutes; this product can be diluted 1 to 2 times for use, but the original solution has the best effect.
Ultrasonic cleaning: Place the product in an ultrasonic container, heat the temperature to 60℃, place the lens to be peeled off in the product, turn on the ultrasonic equipment until the film falls off, and then rinse it with clean water.
precautions
1. Using the original solution of this product has the best effect, and diluting it will prolong the membrane removal time;
2. This product cannot be mixed with other cleaning agents. It is recommended to conduct small samples in advance for glass removal of different materials to select the appropriate removal temperature and time.
3. This product is strongly alkaline and should not be contacted directly. If you accidentally splash it into your eyes, please rinse it with plenty of water.
