R32(HFC-32, difluoromethane, molecular formula: CH2F2) is a new environmentally friendly refrigerant that does not contain chlorine and therefore has no damaging effect on ozone.R22withR410a refrigerantOne of the long-term alternatives. Difluoromethane is a coolant with zero ozone depletion potential. It is a gas at room temperature and a colorless and transparent liquid under its own pressure. It is easily soluble in oil and hardly soluble in water.
R32 refrigerant Kitt nature
1. Thermophysical properties: The charging capacity of R32 can be reduced, which is only 0.71 times that of R410A. The working pressure of the R32 system is higher than that of R410A, but the maximum increase is no more than 2.6%, which is equivalent to the pressure requirements of the R410A system. At the same time, the exhaust temperature of the R32 system is up to 35.3 ° C higher than that of the R410A. The existing compressor needs to be redesigned;
2. Environmental protection characteristics: The ODP values (ozone depleting potential) are all 0, but the GWP value (global warming potential) of R32 is moderate. Compared with R22, the CO2 emission reduction ratio can reach 77.6%, while R410A is only 2.5%, which is significantly better than R410A in terms of CO2 emission reduction;
3. Safety: R32 and R410A are both non-toxic, while R32 is flammable. However, among several substitutes for R22, R32, R290, R161, and R1234YF, R32 has the highest lower combustion limit LFL(lower ignition limit), the least flammable, and is relatively safe;
4. Cycle performance: In terms of theoretical cycle performance, the cooling capacity of the R32 system is 12.6% higher than that of the R410A, the power consumption is increased by 8.1%, and the comprehensive energy saving is 4.3%. Experimental results also show that the refrigeration system using R32 is slightly higher than that of the R410A. The energy efficiency ratio is slightly increased.
