Fluorinated bottles add a fluorination process to the manufacturing process of ordinary HDPE plastic bottles. A mixed gas of fluorine and nitrogen is used to blow molding on special blow molding equipment, so that the wall of the fluorinated container is more than that of the container that has not been fluorinated. There is an additional layer of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) on the inner wall of the container. Compared with ordinary plastic bottles, fluorinated bottles can effectively prevent the penetration of organic solvents and product degradation. It is your first choice for dressing agrichemicals, flavors and fragrances, food ink additives and other chemical products.
