R1150 refrigerant (refrigeration grade ethylene) is mainly used in low-temperature refrigeration equipment (used in low-temperature refrigeration equipment with less liquid charge), and R1150 is also an important component of low-temperature mixed refrigerants; it is mainly used to replace R13 and R503 refrigerants used in low-temperature or ultra-low-temperature refrigeration equipment; because R1150 is flammable, it is usually only used in low-temperature refrigeration equipment with less liquid charge, or as a component of low-temperature mixed refrigerants;R1150 and traditionalrefrigerant oilCompatible.

R1150 is a colorless and combustible gas at room temperature and pressure, with a slight odor unique to hydrocarbons. A small amount of ethylene has a slight sweetness. The density is 1.256 g/L, which is slightly smaller than that of air. It is soluble in organic solvents such as alcohol, ether and carbon tetrachloride, is difficult to dissolve in water, and is active.
