R422D refrigerant (MO29) is a simple to use, zero ODP (ozone depletion potential)HFC refrigerant, withR22Very close cooling capacity and efficiency, with a lower exhaust temperature than R22, and at low temperatures, it provides up to 8% cooling capacity and up to 14% efficiency than R22; at medium temperature conditions and a subcooling of 10°F(6°C), the cooling capacity of MO29 is about 5% lower than R22, but the efficiency is equivalent to R22.

R422D can directly replace R22's direct expansion (DX) refrigeration equipment in medium and low temperatures, including commercial supermarket systems, fixed direct expansion (DX) air conditioning equipment, medium and low temperature commercial and industrial direct expansion (DX) refrigeration systems, such as: catering refrigeration, supermarket display cabinets, food storage and processing, ice machines, household and commercial air conditioners (AC), direct expansion (DX) water coolers, etc.

R422D provides simple, efficient and economical direct replacements, and has simpler replacements than R404A, R507, and R407C. R422D refrigerant is compatible with traditional and new lubricating oils. In most cases, there is no need to replace the refrigerant oil during the replacement process; there is no need to replace the temperature adjustment expansion valve, and the degree of superheat can be adjusted as needed. After filling and use, if it is found that there is arefrigerantIf the capacity is insufficient, it can be replenished directly without draining all the charged refrigerant.
