R422D can directly replace R22's direct expansion (DX) refrigeration equipment in medium and low temperatures, including commercial supermarket systems, fixed direct expansion (DX) air conditioning equipment, medium and low temperature commercial and industrial direct expansion (DX) refrigeration systems, such as: catering refrigeration, supermarket display cabinets, food storage and processing, ice machines, household and commercial air conditioners (AC), direct expansion (DX) water coolers, etc.
R422D provides simple, efficient and economical direct replacements, and has simpler replacements than R404A, R507, and R407C. R422D refrigerant is compatible with traditional and new lubricating oils. In most cases, there is no need to replace the refrigerant oil during the replacement process; there is no need to replace the temperature adjustment expansion valve, and the degree of superheat can be adjusted as needed. After filling and use, if it is found that there is arefrigerantIf the capacity is insufficient, it can be replenished directly without draining all the charged refrigerant.

R422D (R422D (R125/R134a/R600a blend)) has an ODP of 0 and is not an ozone-depleting substance, and therefore is not bound by the Montreal Protocol phase-out schedule; but as a fluorinated greenhouse gas (F-gas, GWP 2690), it is controlled under the Kigali Amendment and the HFC reduction policies of major economies. The grouping determines the HFC reduction pace and is unrelated to geography — for example, the Middle East Gulf and India belong to A5 Group 2, while Brazil, Mexico and Chile belong to A5 Group 1 (same group as China).
