CPI-4214/CP-4214 series is an ester (POE) synthetic refrigerator oil specially developed for R22 screw machines.

The CPI-4214/CP4214 series offers products in different viscosity grades. The higher working viscosity produces good sealing between the rotors and provides good lubrication among bearings and seals; at low temperatures, it provides good solubility and ensures good oil bath evaporators. Oil return and good heat exchange efficiency; its extremely low volatility provides good oil and gas separation.

CP-4214-68 refrigerant oil is currently a lubricating oil product used in screw machines, which can complete the current lubrication and protection of equipment.

With the current use of CP-4214-68 refrigeration oil, companies still need to pay attention to many issues when using it. Generally, when using frozen oil, you must pay attention to placing it in a closed space to ensure the quality of the frozen oil. During operation, after adding a suitable amount of frozen oil, it must be sealed in time. This can avoid the entry of moisture in the air and avoid affecting the use of the latter two. Generally speaking, if you come into contact with moisture and oxygen in the air for a long time, it may cause the quality of the lubricating oil to deteriorate, so you must pay attention to this. In addition, in terms of the amount added, do not add too much or too little to avoid damage to the equipment due to addition problems, especially if the freezing oil cannot play a specific lubricating role.
