CPI-4214/CP4214 series is an ester (POE) synthetic refrigerant oil developed specifically for R22 screw machines.
The CPI-4214/CP4214 series offers products in different viscosity grades. The higher working viscosity produces good sealing between the rotors and provides good lubrication among bearings and seals; at low temperatures, it provides good solubility and ensures good oil bath evaporators. Oil return and good heat exchange efficiency; its extremely low volatility provides good oil and gas separation.
CPI-4214-320 is a new technology refrigeration compressor oil. This exclusive technology provides a high degree of stability with CFC refrigerants. Due to its solubility for R22 at very low temperatures and its wide viscosity range. The selection of high viscosity grades gives it excellent performance in rotary compressors. Higher working viscosity produces good sealing between rotors. It also provides good lubrication between bearings and seals. At low temperatures, it can provide good solubility and ensure good oil return conditions and good heat exchange efficiency in the oil bath evaporator. Extremely low volatility provides good oil and gas separation. Currently, research is underway on the energy-saving effect of screw compressors.
