R452B refrigerant

R452B (XL55) refrigerant is a low global warming potential (GWP) refrigerant.R410Along-term alternatives. Compared to R410A, R452B refrigerant has higher product performance (5% improvement in efficiency); very small temperature slip; can be refilled if leakage occurs; and a GWP value of 676 is reduced by more than 65%.

Compared with other R410A alternatives (such as R32), the R452B has the characteristics of design compatibility and low compressor discharge temperature. R410A equipment can be transformed with only minor modifications and cost.

The R452B product is ASHERE classified as 2L, which is slightly flammable, and the lowest flammable type among the R410A replacement products. These characteristics, especially design compatibility with R410A equipment, give R452B refrigerant significant advantages over other low GWP products.

R452B refrigerant is widely used in residential, light commercial and commercial positive displacement, direct expansion (DX) air conditioners, heat pumps and coolers, including:

portable air conditioner
Pipeline type, mini split type, multi-connected split device
DX freezer
